Ampro’s PC/104 CoreModule™ single board computers provide
unmatched fanless operation over temperature extremes
August 2008

Ampro’s PC/104 CoreModule™ single board computers provide unmatched fanless operation over temperature extremes, resistance to shock and vibration, conformal coating, no wings, embedded BIOS and a long product life cycle. The CoreModule continues to distinguish itself as an extreme rugged single board computer for applications such as military/defense, aviation, transportation and other harsh environments.

CoreModule 800
The CoreModule 800 PCI-104 compatible single board computer offers ultra low power Centrino® performance with advanced networking, high-performance graphics and all of the PC-compatible component subsystems. An extreme rugged single board computer, the CoreModule 800 passed the Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and has an extended temperature rating of -40°C to +85°C.

CoreModule 620
Ampro’s CoreModule 620 single board computer brings technical innovation to the PC/104 form factor at a critical time when system companies’ revenues are at risk due to the depletion of end-of-life (EOL) CPUs and chipsets. The need for urgent migration is satisfied by using AMD’s Geode™ LX800 processor in order to meet the price and low power requirements of legacy embedded systems, coupled with a PCI-to-ISA bridge, industry-standard AMI BIOS and BIOS extensions.
