Conduction Cooled PMC Module for CAN Bus Applications 

TEWS TECHNOLOGIES now offers the TPMC310, a conduction cooled PMC solution that provides two complete CAN bus interfaces using Philips SJA100 CAN controllers. The TPMC310 is designed for harsh environmental conditions including transportation, industrial, and COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) applications.

The CAN bus I/O interface provides two independent channels, isolated from system logic and from each other. Each channel supports CAN specification 2.0B, and has the capability to transmit, receive and perform message filtering on extended and standard messages.

CAN High Speed transceivers are used for the CAN bus I/O interface. The I/O line configuration is configured by on-board solder pads for maximum reliability in a high-vibration environment.

Basic CAN software drivers are available for VxWorks, LynxOS, LiNUX, QNX, Integrity, and Windows.

The TPMC310 operates in extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), and features a five-year warranty.
